Hello, I'm an old man. I have been trying to install this product since yesterday. I went to bed and left all of the tabs open. Now I am completely confused. Will you please help me? Yes No. Sorry this didn't help. Larry, the tech guy does not know what he is talking about. Office Pro Plus is a volume licence ad sold to companies and other organisations for the employees and student etc.
The person that sold you the Pro Plus Office is in breach of the licence as he is not permitted under the licence agreement to sell Office to members of the public. However, so long as the vendor does not deactivate the licence you will be okay.

Thanks for your feedback, it helps us improve the site. Larry, there is no such thing as a legitimate Microsoft Office Pro Plus purchased on the internet. However, if that is what you have purchased it may work for a short or long time.
Not sure where you are with this so let us see if we can see where you are. Did the vendor provide you with a Product Key? In reply to Palcouk's post on July 29, I don't know how to do a "disc clean up" I think there was a trial installed at one time. They sent me a key. In reply to RonBarker's post on July 29, The vendor provided a product key. I did do it from my Microsoft Account. In reply to larrylehna's post on July 29, Larry, If you received the ERROR Code after you entered the Product Key nothing has been downloaded so you should close everything and shut down your computer then restart it.

A young man named Raymond guided me through the install process step by step. He was patient with an old man and left me with a smile. Thank you again for trying to help. Have a great day.
